A Euroleague occurs as high-caliber office basketball league with teams from either tons across Europe.

A Euroleague was established by ULEB, the Union of European Leagues of Basketball, which successively was created by the class action of Two dozen elect club teams. Virtually all of the foundation clubs come from either Spain, Italy and Greece.

A Euroleague is presently contested around 4 phases.

A 1st phase is the regular year, where Xxiv teams, divided into troika groups of eight, participate. Apiece team plays deuce games (front yard-&-at home) against each more team inside its class action. At a prevent of a regular year, a field is cut from either Two dozen to 16; the living teams come divided into quaternary groups.

A 2nd phase, called a Top 16, so begins. When inside the regular year, apiece Top 16 class action is contested in the double round-robin format.

Fresh for the 2004-05 season was a quarterfinal spherical. Prior to, merely a class action winners advanced to the Final Four (see in the image below). A 2006 Final Four is held at Sazka Arena in Prague, Czech Republic.
